Return/Exchange of Online Purchased Products
The return/exchange of online purchased products is handled by the customer via any courier service, the cost of which is paid by the customer. Additionally, you can visit the branch for product returns/exchanges.
In case of purchase, products can be returned/exchanged within 2 weeks from the date of receipt.
Returns/exchanges are possible if the product retains its original saleable appearance, is in perfect condition, and the factory label (if any) is not damaged or removed.
In case of product return, the amount will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days.
The customer must inspect the products upon receipt, and in case of damage or factory defect, it is necessary to notify us.
Discounted products are not subject to return, but can be exchanged for the same or another model.
If the exchange of discounted products is not possible due to lack of size, it may be exchanged for any other model that has the same or higher price.
- Please note that underwear is not subject to return/exchange;
- In case of product exchange, the customer returns the old item.
